Some of our results and ideas concerning preconditioners and linear solvers were recently presented during SIAM Conference on Computational Science and Engineering in Spokane. Within the minisyposium organized by the NLAFET consortium (that includes a part of Laura Grigori’s team), Jan Papež delivered talk “Preconditioned Linear Solvers in Cosmic Microwave Background Data Analysis”.
We note that conference attendees could meet the CMB data analysis also through the poster of Kathryn P. Drake (Boise State University) on “Fast Algorithms for Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation Data on Healpix Points“.
